Brown Girls in Tech (BGIT) is dedicated to the education, engagement, and empowerment of brown girls and women who are passionate about technology and entrepreneurship. We accelerate their growth by equipping them with the skills, resources, and networks needed to launch careers in tech and cybersecurity, build successful startups, and pursue bold entrepreneurial ventures. Through workshops, online labs, hackathons, conferences, and entrepreneurial training, BGIT strengthens the global STEM talent pipeline for brown girls and women.
